Well, I did not mean that Brenda is just a songwriter, or better said, i did not believe that in her 'artistic' expression she remains just a songwriter. What I meant is that we know of Brenda primarily as a songwriter, meaning that i never heard of a novel by Brenda Kahn, a painting by BK, a play by her or whatever. So if she would ever decide to do something different than being a songwriter, or to decide to make her other ways of expressing herself known to us, that will be a 'switch' to something new. Not maybe from her insidious point of view, but from the way she presents herself to public.Maybe it should not be labelled 'a switch', maybe it can be called that she would 'progress' to some other form of expression (or 'regress' you cant judge it untill you see it ), but what stays is that I am asking do you all think that Brenda will soon represent herself in some manner different from what we know now ? And, yes, concernig the question what is a difference between a poem and a song, I dont know, and never knew.
