Well..... due to a booking agent mishap, or disappearance I should say, there will be no west coast tour in February. I tried to rectify the situation, but with the upcoming release etc., there was too much to do to make the tour happen in February. I'm very disappointed, considering it's like 0 degrees here, and I'm working on finding a new time to come out West. Also, if anyone knows the whereabouts of Mark Linn, booking agent, last seen in Seattle, WA, let him know I hope he's OK. In other news, the new record "Outside the Beauty Salon" will be out on March 18th on Shanachie Records!! Start asking record stores for it now so when the distributor calls, they'll order them forthwith. A record release show will be announced soon. The official Brenda Kahn website: www.Womanrock.com is now up and running, though still under construction. This website is thanks to Karen Hellyer and Chris Stillson in Champaign, IL. I will be down in Austin this March for South by Southwest a.k.a. SXSW, playing March 13 at Headliners East at 10:30PM. Austin, Texas that is. I will also be performing at the Folk Alliance in Toronto on Valentine's Day at the Shanachie (shon uh key) Hotel Suite. Tours promoting the new record are being booked now!
