"Women Who Light The Dark" (Powerhouse). The book documents the lives of eighteen remarkable women in fourteen countries who have inspired and empowered the women in their communities despite overwhelming odds. The website for the book: http://www.wwltd.com/, features Susan singing "Help Somebody" which you can hear by going to the section "Shine Your Light" http://www.womenwholightthedark.com/pages/shineyourlight.html Paola would like to thank Susan and Market Monkeys for giving her permission to use the song. Oh, is that what that is? As a safeguard against auto-play music on web sites (MySpace, you are the scourge of my existence :P) the sound on my computer is always set to "mute" unless I'm specifically going to listen to something, so I was clicking around that site looking for an interview with Susan or something and wondering why I wasn't finding anything... I wholeheartedly agree, auto-play music on web sites is evil. - -- =============================================== Meredith Tarr New Haven, CT USA mailto:meth@smoe.org http://www.smoe.org/meth =============================================== hear at the HOMe House Concert Series http://hom.smoe.org =============================================== HELP! owner-believers@smoe.org Send mail to believers@smoe.org Susan's CD's are available on your desktop at World Cafe CDs http://worldcafecds.com ------------------------------ End of believers-digest V11 #81 ******************************* ------------------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------- -------------------------- This has been a posting from the Susan Werner believers-digest To unsubscribe send mail to Majordomo@smoe.org with "unsubscribe believers-digest" in the body of the message
