Hey All: Sorry I haven't been posting much recently. I got busy with other things. But here we are - most of you will read this on Saturday - and Sunday is Susan's free show at the Greenwich Library, Greenwich, CT. In case someone just joined the list: Susan Werner Free Concert 3:30pm Greenwich Library 101 West Putnam Avenue Greenwich, CT 203-622-7900 Library hours are 1-5pm on Sundays. If you go to the library website, _www.greenwichlibrary.org_ (http://www.greenwichlibrary.org) , you can get directions. These directions come from there. Take Exit 3 off of I-95 ( Arch Street ). At the end of the ramp, turn North, away from Long Island Sound. Follow Arch Street, past railroad bridge, and make a left onto Soundview Drive. Go uphill up Soundview Drive, then make a right onto Field Pt Road. Stay in the left lane. Curve left after you pass the town hall. Field Pt Road intersects with the Post Road ( also know as Route 1 ). At the intersection, the library is directly across the street, on the right. So it looks like you gotta bear right at the intersection. Apparently, US-1 and W Putnam Ave are the same thing. This very last part seems a bit tricky on paper - but maybe not in real life. Heads up that some of the streets may be one way - but these directions ought to be OK about that. I assume the library has a parking lot. I have never been here - so I cannot promise these are great directions - but they should be OK. I also recommend a visit to "mapquest.com" - as that site produced a good set of directions and a nice map. Don't go to yahoo maps. They are a bunch of yahoos - and their directions from New Jersey suck. I am currently planning to have brunch with the Newmans, and then hit the Libs at least by 230pm. Don't know whether concert goers have to stand in line outside or what. There's some kind of concert hall at the library - but maybe you get to wait inside where it's warm. OK. See whoever makes it there I guess. bye...
