Much AT All was close, but it had that watery reverb on everything. St. Mary's sounded like it was recorded on a couple cheap mikes. but after a few weeks, i didn't mind some of them. Man i Used to Love was growing on me, though i still wanted to hear the solo acoustic guitar version again (and i STILL want to hear it again). actually, it was all growing on me. it grew very warmly and deeply on me. it still is growing in my heart is one of my fondest albums. a similar thing happened with TBT, though i didn't have the pleasure of hearing Susan live before i got my copy. but it was a "good" album, and i thought i would eventually listen to it again. i listened. i let it settle in and i listened some more. there are a few things i don't care for, but boy there are some things i care a lot for!! after that i went back and got the other two, MSNight and Tin Angel. oh, i was hooked after seeing her the first time, the first song in fact! but by the time i had "assimilated" GSG, i knew that she would have my patience and understanding for whatever she produced. i knew i could unravel the puzzle she handed me. when i listened to NNF, there was no real "process" anymore. i knew that some songs would be important for me immediately, and would be important to me eventually. so Anthony, if you still want to get rid of that disc, let me know. no need to go to Ebay, i'll send check or money order.... unless you just want to see how many pieces of silver it will fetch. well, i've got to go fill my gas tank, ...oops! i mean, "have" it filled.... ;~) peace all, john i didn't get bent out of shape i didn't get bent out of shape i didn't get bent out of shape HELP! owner-believers@smoe.org Send mail to believers@smoe.org Susan's CD's are available on your desktop at World Cafe CDs http://worldcafecds.com ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 28 Nov 2001 22:01:43 -0500 From: "Charlie Sweeney" Subject: New Non Fiction available on the web Hi all, Susan's new CD is now available through the auspices of the Bulletproof store.
