One line that keeps making me shake my head and say 'Genius!' is: They worked the gold plate off their wedding bands. Its amazing how Susan says so much in this line with so few words. Nine words, but it says a lot. These men are the type who keep their wedding bands on even when theyre doing hard work, raising cattle and wheat on the treeless fields.
