Lots of holes that will fill in as more shows are confirmed I would assume: 9/21 Shedd Theater Columbus OH 8pm 9/22 The Ark Ann Arbor MI 7:30 p.m. 9/27 Maintenance Shop Ames IA 8pm 9/28 Pres House Madison WI 8pm 9/29 Cedar Cultural Center Minneapolis MN 8pm 10/4 Plymouth Congregational Church Lawrence KS 8pm 10/6 Old Town School of Folk Music Chicago IL 7pm & 10pm 10/17 Java Joe's San Diego CA 9:00 p.m. 10/18 Java Joe's San Diego CA 9 PM 10/20 Freight & Salvage Berkeley CA 5 & 8 p.m. 10/21 Kuumbwa Jazz Center Santa Cruz CA 7:30 p.m. 10/27 Swallow Hill,Daniels Music Hall Denver CO 8:00 p.m. I wasn't sure what to expect, but from the looks of the shows in Chicago and Berkeley, show length will be 2.5 hours, tops. Hmm. Shortest Ellis show I've seen was over 2.5 hours (counting encores). Guess I was hoping for some 4+ hour marathons. ;) I suspect the hope is to cross-pollinate fan bases, though I'd wager there's already a significant overlap. Personally, though, if it was a choice between seeing abbreviated sets from both of them on the same night or full length sets from each on consecutive nights, I think I know which I'd choose (he says as one who doesn't have to arrange for babysitters and such)... bob HELP! owner-believers@smoe.org Send mail to believers@smoe.org Susan's CD's are available on your desktop at World Cafe CDs http://worldcafecds.com ------------------------------ End of believers-digest V5 #77 ****************************** --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- -------------------------- This has been a posting from the Susan Werner believers-digest To unsubscribe send mail to Majordomo@smoe.org with "unsubscribe believers-digest" in the body of the message
