It was another great show with Susan in teriffic form and good humor! (This could get to be habit forming) The Showbarn is a really neat new (opened in mid- October) venue about 8 miles outside Atlantic City. The crowd, about 100 people, really seemed to enjoy her' and there were a lot a lot of first timers who became fans tonight! Here's the set lists First Set Love Down the Street Petaluma Afternoon The Year of the Bad President Gypsy Lips/ Vagabond Mouth Time Between Trains The Old Country Brazil Sorry About Jesus Jesus Christ, Ain't I Lonely Tonight Second Set Yes To You (Tappan Zee) Dow Re Mi Some Other Town Like Bonsai Society Ball (Just the Band) No One Needs to Know** Don't Hang the Moon on Me Movie of My Life Much At All Misery/ Happiness Standing in My Own Way Encores Me & Mrs Jones Born Too Late ** This is my best guess at a fitting title Susan introduced "No One Needs To Know"** as a new song 'written yesterday' for the ongoing 'new songs written like old standards' album she continues to write for. It's great to hear something new at almost every show! It was a real treat to hear "Some Other Town " live, too. She just keeps getting better!! The "Messiah" show in New York is December 16th. If you're going don't be late since Susan's song is about the fourth number. The NY show on January 9th is with Christine Lavin and Dee Carrestan (sp?) and is a show Susan says she is really forward to. And "Dats all, folks!"
