WXPN held off on making the official announcement of the lineup until this past Wednesday. (Often they do that to make promoters happy; for instance, Kelly Willis had a gig in town this past week, and they probably didn't want to spoil ticket sales for her or Susan.) The lineup is at http://xpn.org/sections/singersongwriter.html ... and it's one of their best lineups ever. Susan's playing Saturday, but the Sunday lineup is unbelievably great. - -Tim HELP! owner-believers@smoe.org Send mail to believers@smoe.org Susan's CD's are available on your desktop at songs.com ------------------------------ Date: Sun, 6 Jun 1999 13:45:25 -4000 From: "Charlie Sweeney" Subject: XPN S/S weekend Hi all, Michelle Barton asked if Susan is appearing at XPN singer/somgwriter weekend. Yup. The decision was made (not by me!) to hold off on announcing until after Appel Farm. The official announcement from XPN was made last Tuesday. More info to follow. A very quiet, sad song about a family farmer whose son announces that he isn't going to take over the farm... On another note - I'm still in the middle of trying to figure out travel plans for my US trip in July/August. Is anybody going to see Susan in Madison on August 5, (and if so, can I tag along :)?
