But I forgot. *sigh* And I won't be going to Passim, because I'm getting on a bus to go to NYC for a conference around noon today. Ah well. As for Falcon Ridge and the July 22 show: Sherlyn - my calendar shows that 7/22 is a Thursday. FRFF does not start until noon on Friday, just so you know - i.e., you will either have to spend the evening in NJ or come to Hillsdale and go to a hotel there. There is a list of hotels on the FRFF web site ( http://www.falconridgefolk.com ), but be advised that most hotels/lodging facilities are already booked for that weekend, though Thursday may be considerably easier to get. I doubt I'll be able to make it to the NJ show, as I will hopefully be working full time, but I, like the many other Fruheads (Moxy Fruvous fans) who have been smitten by Susan since February, will definitely be camping it out in Hillsdale for an amazing time. :) If you need someone to camp with, whether you have a tent or not, I suggest you post on the Fruvous fans' newsgroup - alt.music.moxy-fruvous . We're very friendly there. :) There may very well be people who haven't quite filled their tent space yet! I, unfortunately, don't have a tent of my own, so will be shacking with an ex-roomie (who's going to Passim! Look for the tall person with beauuuutiful blonde hair who'll probably be massaging someone, come up and say "Hi Colleen!"). - -v, who is delurking with this post, even though she's been on the list since Feb. I have 8:30 reservations. Sorry about lurking so long, but I've been waiting for Susan to come home to Philly!! (I know she's not a Philly native, but we all love to claim her ) Anyone at the Tin Angel for 10:00 show will be able to find me easily. I'm the big bald guy (I look like "Stone Cold" Steve Austin, I'm told, for those familiar with wrestling), and I will be making a fool of myself, if necessary, to find other Believers. Hope to meet many of you!! Did anyone else hear it? This morning I was listening to NHPR during the Prarie Home Companion show, which was in the middle of a fundraiser. All of a sudden they thanked Susan Werner for contributing. She was in Nashua, NH last night (doing a fund raiser for Child and Family Services) and surely spent the night within listening rang. Thanks Susan. Great work everyone. Can you believe the Sherlyn Koo is going to be in the states? Now I have to go to Falcon Ridge. Great work Paul and "kellie lin knott" on the Berkeley gig. Nice review of the Wachusett's show Gail. Wish I could have been there. Regarding buttons, ask Susan. We are waiting for the her OK. Better yet, start a chant at her shows: "We want buttons. We want buttons. We want buttons. We want buttons. ..." But don't wait for buttons to find believers. Just stand up (before the show or during intermission, please) and with your best evangelist impression yell "I'm a believer! Are there any more believers out there?" Some one will surely say yes. You have to do this before she does her Jesus songs though, before they all leave. (-: Geez, I noticed how activity really picks up on this list whenever Susan comes to New England. What do you suppose that means? Don't forget she'll be in Southern, NH in November.
