Or how 'bout we all kick in a few bucks to get Rona, Kadjo & sherlyn to New London? Let's see? 700 believers x $5 = $3500. That ought to do it. (-: >Can someone explain Four Corners to me? I think I'd like to be >counted in on that, but when and where is it? -MJ 4 Corners is in New London, NH (Rona & Kadjo, the closest thing we have to the UK,). It is right off I-89, about a half-hour north of Concord. Not hard to find. It's at the intersection of 114 and some other major rd. just south of downtown. Feb. 17th & 18th (Wednesday & Thursday). It is a nice intimate venue with tables. Seating is limited to about 125-150 I'd guess. All seats are good. It's also a restaurant so let's plan on having dinner too. So how about we plan on the Thurday show. And if you can get the day off, we can go skiing earlier in the day at Sunapee, then have dinner and then the show. Let me know if you are interested and I'll see if I can get a package deal going. (-: >Can we all go out to drinks with Susan after Newport or is this a >Kris and Susan thing only? -MJ Yeah? Lets' go somewhere south of Newport so those of us working late can connect with you too. If you're having trouble getting through, private email me at and I'll try & straighten this out for you. I just cut a commercial for Susan's Newport show to go on the local cable stations, so I'm in tough with the person who deals with the tickets. Anyone else having problems can email me as well. Give me your name & phone numbers & I'll have the folks at the opera house call you back. >(4) Can someone explain Four Corners to me? I think I'd like to be >counted in on that, but when and where is it? The Four Corners Grille is in New London, NH. It's a restaurant/brewpub... great food! I'm not sure of the exact date, but I think it's in February. >(6) Can we all go out to drinks with Susan after Newport or is this a >Kris and Susan thing only? I've always been too shy to introduce myself >to her (go figure), so maybe I'm missing out. I think it'd be very cool to get as many people as possible to go out for drinks after the gig. I'm actually rather shy myself... it was my wife who suggested to Susan that we go out after! >(7) I'm stranded here in Groton, don't think there are any other Susan >fans within shouting distance. There was talk awhile back about creating a pin, shirt or some other identifier so that all the "believers" will know each other. Maybe we should open this discussion back up? He'd been a believer for 1 hour and 8 minutes when he made this post. And from what I've seen the Orphanage Society is doing it's best to dispell the "crappy town" image of which you speak by bringing fine entertainment to the southwest.
