Don't know what songs you are referring to but "Cry, Cry, Cry" is the name of a new CD featuring Dar Williams, Lucy Kaplansky and Richard Shindell doing a bunch of other peoples stuff. A great CD; highly recommended. Sorry to get off topic. So which night should we book a table at Four Corners and how many are coming? It would be really wild if sherlyn could make it. Hi Believers! Well ..I could be the only believer in the UK..or is someone going to prove me wrong?! How can people believe if they have no access to the person or the music!? Just came across the Last of the Good Straight Girls CD by total chance ....and was won over at once in a big big way! Keep playing it over and over! I'm an old hand music fan ..... 16 in 1965! Still living the music..never grown up!! Just imagine.....Susan's music is only available here on special import from the USA ...so I had to order the new album by mail order...before I realised I could probably have got it through the website. I can't wait for it to arrive. The older albums aren't listed here in the UK as available at all! Does anyone know if I could safely get the older ones sent to me in the UK through the website...paying by credit card? I'd like to join you all at that table for Susan's gig....but that has to remain a dream! Noone is going to give me a shared cost ride from the UK! Maybe a UK tour will become a reality one day! In the meantime it's good to read all your views! Noone here but me? I think using songs.com should be fine. I ordered 'Tin Angel' from them a while ago, and they were fine. I'd just put your shipping info into the comments area. They have a secure ordering form, so you shoudn't worry about that. Also, they have a special deal on any 3 of Susan's CDs for $40. http://www.songs.com/susan/susan-music.html#specials Jeff HELP! owner-believers@smoe.org Send mail to believers@smoe.org Susan's CD's are available on your desktop at songs.com ------------------------------ Date: Fri, 30 Oct 1998 11:24:18 -0500 (EST) From: Kris Richardson Subject: Re: believers-digest V2 #175 >hi, i'm new to the believers newsgroup, so i'll introduce myself first. my >name's erica, and i live in boston, ma. work in a record store and was >turned >on to susan by my manager who got free tickets to a show of hers and took me >to se her. i was actually wondering if anyone had a set list from the show >she just played at the emmerson umbrella in concord. i was there, and there >were a few songs i didn't recognize and wanted to find. thanks. > >sweet dreams, >erica Welcome to the list Erica, I was at that show, and there were a few songs that I never heard before as well.
