I'm the Producer of the FolkMasters Concert Series in Tulsa, OK and a fellow fan and Susan Werner list member. Our FolkMasters Concert Series is in its first year at the Tulsa Performing Arts Center and also includes shows with Darden Smith, Ray Wylie Hubbard, Ramblin' Jack Elliott, David Wilcox, Kevin Welch, and Jimmy LaFave. Each show has a "theme" and Susan's show is no exception. She'll be appearing in a co-bill with Susan Werner in our Women of Folk show. Cherl is an incredible songwriter and perfomer in her own right. They both happened to be touring in the same area and I managed to work out the details with their booking agent to bring them together for this show. If you're interested in more details about this show, please email me. Tulsa is very centrally located in the U.S. We already have folks making the drive from Dallas/Fort Worth, Kansas City, and St. Louis areas. Tickets are as low as $10 - well worth the drive. If you have friends or family who live in the area, call them and urge them to come to the show and support Susan.
