Yes indeed it is, and a wonderful place to go with kids. If they aren't interested in the music, their is playground equipment close enough to be able to watch them but far enough not to interfere with the music. Also, a small pond with interesting things (toads-tiny ones) to play with. A very family oriented event-everyone brings their kids!
