However don't think that I've ever heard about Kino Krakow - so maybe it should be Kino Kijow - as it was there previously and than dissapeared for a moment (though can't see it on Kino Kijow web anywhere). Anybody know who the artist is? My jazz station may have announced who it is, but I don't remember hearing it. TIA! I have seen Boz twice in the past 7 years or so and when he did a show featuring his recent forays into standards he did the quieter version of "Lowdown," the only one of his own songs he performed. When he was doing a rock show, he did the full, electric version much like the original. This is a sax instrumental version I am looking for. Really cool one, I might add. :) Phil - -----Original Message----- From: Steve Richardson To: basia@smoe.org Sent: Sun, Mar 14, 2010 8:03 pm Subject: Fw: Lowdown It may well have been Boz Scaggs - he recorded a quieter, jazzy version of the song on his "Fade Into Light" album and I have heard it on "Watercolors" on XM radio.
