She's getting better every day and she still does her simple but useful physical therapy at home. About the death of four family members, honestly, it was quite a shock. Two grandmas, one grandpa, (in Indonesia, the concept of extended family does alive, so you may have some grandmas/pas, aunts, uncles, etc...) and an aunt - my father's younger sister passed away just in two months. It is - you can say - natural for the grandmas/pa due to their old ages, but for my aunt, it was because of a very high sugar level. She had it of 650 while the normal level limit is 120 or 130 (I'm not sure which one, I'm a little bit forgetful about this). She never complained about anything until it was too late. Surely, it makes me think twice about what comes into my mouth. Right now, I have to do this: more vegetables, fruits, fiber, fresh water, fresh fish, and less meat, no soft drink, no smoking (and avoid smoking people), less preserved food, and other measures of healthy lifestyle... And for busy weeks, I'll make it short as possible: concept of Christian Ethics - if you don't work, don't eat. Of course, we can't take it literally but IMHO the point is clear. I left the farming stuff to my friends since I began to work in an educational institution. However, I may work anytime and anywhere, depends on the tasks I get. Sometimes I have to stay awake for 20 to 40 hours to do the taks - that's why I left that farming stuff, at least temporarily. Frankly, I love to do my own business but I think I still need more experience in management - that's why I learn from other people right now. OK, back to Basia. Is there anything new? Can't wait to see the new album.... :-) Have a nice day! Desianto F. W. ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V12 #137 ****************************
