They (together with Chuck Berry) were the main influences of the great Brian Wilson when he created the sublime Beach Boys music of the 60's. The Freshmen's music is a bit hard to come by here in the UK but I have a couple of their CD's and play them often. >----Original Message---- >From: kitty@adideasinc.com >Date: 16/07/2008 22:57 >To: >Subj: RE: basia-digest V12 #121 > > >Steve, if I could tell you that now it would mean I know tour dates. >But we'll all have to wait for that too. > >Hey, anybody into The Four Freshmen??? Seems like we are back to life again :-) So many things happened overed one night or what???? Thanks for the news Leslie and I agree that you have your big part in any matter that concerns Basia. I am a bit out of pool, traveling for work and I would like to listen to the samples more carefully before saying anything. February 2009 seems so far away - I know better than not at all and it will fly. But I was counting that the album will be out a bit sooner!
