I know this custom doesn't exist in US or UK but it is really popular in Poland to celebrate imieniny - name day (or maybe it is called saint day). And yesterday December 4th was nameday of Barbara - which is especially celebrated in Poland - cause Saint Barbara is a patron of mainers and Silesia - where Basia comes from is actually region of miners. So it is really celebrated day in Silesia - and it is called Barborka. So you can wish Happy imieniny to Basia :-) Cheers, Krysia _________________________________________________________________ Express yourself instantly with MSN Messenger!
