Video/s are from the Antwerp Harbour Jazz & Soul - 12 May 2007: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5yPm_sUMCUw and http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=G1EGcr_wXew&mode=related&search= I also scanned and saw that Incognito (Kevin Robinson's group! though I did not spot him) also had two clips: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-J7TIQ9xRI&mode=related&search= http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DIFeAinU55M&mode=related&search= Have fun! - -- Bev Okin-Larkin ------------------------------ Date: Wed, 27 Jun 2007 14:01:27 -0700 (PDT) From: Leslie Osborn Subject: OT: Proud big sis! I am such a proud big sister right now: my little bro is one of the lead singers in Bang Camaro, a Boston based indie hair metal band that is blowing up right now, and they are on the front page of RollingStone.com today! Is that the coolest or what? http://www.rollingstone.com/rockdaily/index.php/2007/06/27/breaking-artist-bang-camaro-burn-rubber-reviving-80s-metal/ Being one of twelve (approx.) lead singers meant that he didn't get edited into the main interview, but on a couple cutaway shots you can see a guy laughing at the far left end of a couch full of dudes, and on the shots with the woods behind them, a tall guy with a cap on and a black Godfather-parody tee. That's him! I get to see the Camaro live for the first time on Friday and I'm SO excited and glad they are touring and getting all this media attention. They are going to be on MTV News probably this month and American Chopper next fall. Whoa! Had to share. :D - --Leslie O. ____________________________________________________________________________________ No need to miss a message. Get email on-the-go with Yahoo! Mail for Mobile. Between their page, the game exposure and their live shows (that routinely sell out), they don't even need major label support. For ages they had a song a week on their MySpace site-- only recently did they make a physical album. Which was indie. A few weeks ago MTV's movie awards used "Push Push" as bed music for one of the awards noms-- that was crazy to hear! I'm thrilled for him-- it's a once-in-a-lifetime chance and I'm glad he took it. - --Leslie - ----- Original Message ---- From: "steve7701@theriver.com" To: basia@smoe.org Sent: Wednesday, June 27, 2007 5:50:27 PM Subject: Re: OT: Proud big sis!
