I went to their MySpace and checked out some songs. Very interesting, they describe themselves as "sounds like a futuristic 60s film set in Brazil" and the vocalist reminds me of the vocalist in Stereolab (is that right?) Anyone hear these guys? - -- Leslie O. http://www.basiaweb.com / http://www.myspace.com/leslieosborn _____________________________________________________________________________ _______ Food fight? I haven't seen any vids yet, I *think* they're LA- or SF-based? Anyway, KCRW plays them - the songs I've heard so far are "The Bird and the Bee", "I'm a Broken Heart" and "La La La". And yes, she does sound Stereolab-ish, I love her voice!
