I could not stop smiling.... thelma who has had Korean songs in her head for some time due to Lonnie getting ready for a big show on the 29th in Utah. It is going to be great. Plus, I get to sing "The Night is Still the child" with the piano player at a barbeque at his house on the 25th. Mack Wilberg was the original piano player but he is quite busy these days for anyone who may know who he is. (Ask any choir director.) He will be in the show on the 29th but may not make it to the other activities. Bring on the Airborne. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Leslie Osborn" To: Sent: Tuesday, September 19, 2006 9:55 PM Subject: No subject can cover it > > I had this link sent to me today and wow. My ears are not what they once were, but I don't think that's a real trumpet playing on the audio track - I think it's a synth. So, Kevin is simply "lip-syncing". Wham always mimed and those shows are so mimed. You can tell when Kevin puts his horn in the air but doesn't really hit any keys (whatever those things are called) Here's another- this is my all time fave Wham song for purely humorous reasons. ;) Soul on the dole baby! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QA8qUZE6BRY The band doesn't come in until later. Now I have a good idea there are probably other session dudes here that have some B/MB connection that I just can't recognize, or didn't have the aid of someone telling me who it was, like I did here. ;) Wonder if Mark Fisher is on here. Anyway... I'm attempting to use the new Yahoo Mail so if this comes over the line as a mess I apologize! ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V11 #106 ****************************
