Well the ones I admire the most are not only quite prolific, but are as good with words as with music. All rolled into one person, I think of Dianne Warren. I can't remember how many times I have checked to see who wrote a very popular yet beautiful song only to find her name alone on it. And the other would be none other than Billy Joel. All of his songs are "Words and music by Billy Joel".
