In terms of exposure and (I guess) popularity, I agree that she's a major star. In terms of quality, no. I thought she did a good job in Entrapment, but that may be because I also like everyone else in that movie. I'm not a fan of her other movies, especially the ones involving Antonio Banderas. They were ok at best, certainly not worth a second viewing for me. I just thought I'd clarify my thoughts on that. :) Barry "Do not go where the path may lead. Subject: Pandora Anyone been using Pandora? http://www.pandora.com It's fun to mess with. I'm training the Music Genome Project that Brazil 66, good; Barbra, not so much. :lol Sometimes they nail it (Basia being related to Carole King is spot on; Matt Bianco comes up with Astrud's Agua de Beber) but there's a lot of erroneous matches too (Starland Vocal Band?!?! CELINE DION?!?!). But their statement is awesome: "We take your input (artists, songs) and feedback ("I like this", "I don't like this") and use the Music Genome Project to create stations that play songs that are musically similar to what you've told us. That's it; only the music counts. We don't care how popular the artist is, who's backing them, and we don't care which genre bin they usually belong in. Only the music matters." Downer: it only works for the US right now, though you can demo it. Subject: Re: Pandora Additional: while the Basia station is a real mixed bag (way too much easy listening sounding stuff-- I think songs like Brave New Hope or Clear Horizon are weighing too heavily on the genome), if you hit Matt Bianco you get some sweetass Brazilian choons, 'cause it seems to only be taking Matt's Mood into account. - -- Leslie O. www.basiaweb.com / www.gruentransfer.com "Richard Hamilton is just ridiculous!" - Fred McLeod, FSN's Pistons announcer Tired of spam?
