Did I hear correctly there is going to (finally) be a new Basia album? Also...someone mentioned a 2nd Basia listserv...is this one going away? Sorry to be so terse, I've been doing technical training and travel a lot. Hope everyone is well and my best to all for the holidays and New Year! Yep-- you can read updates (as they send them to me) on BasiaWeb; whole lotta drummin' going on this weekend, for example. (I didn't hear anyone rejoicing about the live drummer by the way, hello!) > Also...someone mentioned a 2nd Basia listserv...is > this one going away? Nooo. We ain't going anywhere, I don't think. Right guys? The other list is Basia2, on YahooGroups. http://launch.groups.yahoo.com/group/basia2/ While it's never really gotten off the ground as far as community goes, I have noticed it's an almost entirely different set of characters over there-- when someone says something, once a year. I'd like to see it pick up and be like here, only (lightly, as in the anything-goes-but- flamewars- and-spam variety) moderated. (I'm a mod there) It's a happy time in Basialand, albeit a little quiet compared to earlier this year. Matt's Mood is kinda fading off into the sunset, but things sound promising in the future. So, good time to rejoin us. ;-) - -- Leslie O. www.basiaweb.com Look at us -- we should be thankful After all -- we've got everything And others in the world Would be grateful For a chance of having half as much --Matt Bianco,'Say the Words' Tired of spam?
