["Bill Couillard" Subject: Re: HOT news from Poland!! Hi all, After checking the link, I saw only 10 tracks. If I'm not wrong, we talked about 11 tracks weeks ago; track 11 is, if I'm not wrong, the remix of Ordinary Day. So, maybe the US version is the 11 tracks version. Who knows? And as far as I know, usually Indonesia follows the US version. So, I'll wait and see, and hope that it will be released in Indonesia, for about US$ 8,00.... Desianto F. I ended up with two bonus tracks that were not on the Australian import version. . .maybe I'll have a "real" job by then anyway--then I can get Matt Bianco and Bobby Caldwell and a couple of other artists I really like. Thanks so much for the Amazon link, I'm all over that. I can't wait until January, no way. Right now it says 22.99 but I'm gonna keep fudging with it and see when/if it drops. I figure that I've been waiting nearly ten years, I don't mind spending the extra dough! It might be worth checking Virgin Megastore if you have one in your area. They tend to be well-stocked with imports. I'll keep my eyes peeled at the SF one for you Bay Area folks. Hoping for a date at Yoshi's next year, Leslie (still hoarse after screaming my head off at Friday's triple-OT Pistons game!) __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Amazon update ...... Ok, so I ordered yesterday at the 18.99 price and they quoted "usually ships within 2 weeks". So, I checked just now and the current price is $22.49 and they say "This item will be released on May 24, 2004" - whatever that means, and my current delivery estimate is in the June 3rd - 11th timeframe. I guess this means the "usual 2 weeks" has turned into three weeks. I am really interested in why the price keeps fluctuating. Has Basia turned into a commodity - traded for the best going price? Will we see Matt Bianco on the futures market? Or, is anyone at Amazon remotely aware of all of this and are all the decisions are being made in the bowels of some bigass server? Fortunately there are many more important questions in my life, but I have to admit to being curious. When my CD gets here it will be a nice surprise, for sure ;-))) - -- bcouil - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Lonnie Best-Jarvis" To: Cc: Sent: Monday, May 17, 2004 6:35 AM Subject: Re: HOT news from Poland!! > > Thanks for the great information about Basia, all. Amazon is the site that let an animated porn video get listed on it's site under children's DVDs. It was "an error due to an automated system". What else do they let go and blame on that?
