I have seen him many times in many settings. Solo, with small band, in outdoor stadiums with his art/prog/rock group UTOPIA, and with the Ringo Starr all star band. My sister is going to see his new band in Red Bank NJ next week the next stop on the "LIARS" tour. Featuring members of his older bands and the "TUBES" If you think Basia fans are passionate about the DIVA, you should check out the Todd fans. Of the many Todd fan web sites this is a great one. AAAAH!!!! He's got like 3 shows this year, all in California, and still working on the CD. Apparently he's a perfectionist. . .so it'll be REALLY good. And of course we get off-topic on the boards, too. . .just like in the Basia discussion group! BTW, any of you overseas fans know which CD "Masquerade" was taken from? Here it was released on "Brave New Hope," the "remix" album in 1990. I figured it was a Matt Bianco tune, but it doesn't show up on any of them that I've been able to find. ________________________________________________________________ The best thing to hit the Internet in years - Juno SpeedBand! You can go towards the bottom of the page and click on English. It would be real interesting to get some songwriting/musician/vocal credits to go with these song titles. I hope I'm just being overly pessimistic, but I have this fear that the whole thing is going to be more of a guest appearance by Basia on a song or two rather than her actually having an up-front role in the band, with her songs, sung by her, etc. Steve R. - ----- Original Message ----- From: "Amy T. Masquerade was on the Baby You're Mine CD single in Japan and various vinyl singles in the UK. I believe Come to Heaven did the same, except paired with Cruising for Bruising. (I used to know all this sort of thing chapter and verse off the top of my head, but it's been replaced with other useless knowledge over the years ;-) ) - --Leslie __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!?
