It is my second week in London and I am searching for job but I can't find anything good because I have only part-time work permit so I can only do phisical work. It is a little humiliating to me after all that I achieved at my university, the scholarship in Japan and my language knowledge. But I have to forget about my ambitions for a while and try to survive somehow. I was just wondering if basia was feeling the same when she arrived to London for the first time many many years ago, but I am sure it was not so tough than as there were probably not as many workers from diffrent countries, but on the other hand she didn't know the language too well so it must have been hard also to her. I wander if I ever like London. It is so big and I feel so lost and lonely here. Lucky me that I've found relatively cheap accomodation with some Brasilian students, but they speak mainly portuguese, I understand a little bit but not all of course so I feel an outsider. Anyway - to Dennis - frankly speaking I have never heard of that group. Take care all Krystyna >From: "Desianto F. When you first time joined the list, there is a notification about how to do this and that including how to unsubscribe. Have you read it? If yes, I believe that you realize that this list is SELF-MODERATE, no one here has rights to take someone off or push him/her to join the list. So, the one who can take you out of here is YOU. I hope I'm polite enough about what I write here. Just curious, why do you want to quit? Is the list not interesting enough? Or, did you go to the wrong place? Or, is there someone here (particularly me) had written something which didn't suit your heart? Or, is the list far beyond what you expected? Well, we don't know what's in your mind and the decision is yours. All that we can do is saying good bye to you and wishing you a good luck. It's a sad thing because I'm sure that you are able to contribute more on the list. Sorry if my words are too "to the point". See you, Desianto F. W. __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Oh, I'm here, and I'm just as interested in Basia's next offering as anyone else here, I've just been lurking about, waiting for it.
