Majewicz" Subject: Off topic: Woobie Doobie Sorry for being way off topic, but I'm curious if anyone (in particular Krystyna) has heard of the Polish contemporary jazz group called Woobie Doobie. I have been listening to an album called Bootla, and the group reminds me a lot of Spyro Gyra. Solid sax work and great guitar. Very impressive album. It seems to me they should be able to catch on here in the States. Krystyna, are they popular in Poland? Have they made more than two albums? The link to their website is broken, at least to the main page, but I was able to get to it via a cached page on Google. Unfortunately it's all in Polish. Although I'm a Polish-American, I don't understand the language.
