Hello to you all, Just a note to tell you my wife Samantha had a girl yesterday 16th Feb, at 8am. She weighed 4.2k (9.4lb) and we have called her Helena May. Both are doing very well and are healthy. We chose the name Helena influenced by Ms Christensen. I did propose Basia but my wife is not a fan unfortunately! Maybe next time!! Matthew, our son, is very pleased he has a sister. My email address has changed to daveinblack@blueyonder.co.uk although you can still use the Virginnnet address for a while. Best wishes, Dave. ------------------------------ Date: Sat, 17 Feb 2001 20:56:03 -0500 From: pineking@gwi.net Subject: Matt Bianco Midis While we wait around for some new Basia, here is an URL for some OLD Basia - actually, Matt Bianco, with a few tunes by the vocalist who made them famous. I had not been aware of this site or of this collection, so if this is old news please forgive me. These are midi format. When you go to the site ( a very good one, btw), scroll down to find the compressed file which you then download. http://www.h-i-f.de/i_fame.htm These are high quality renditions - makes me think the Two Marks themselves had a hand in this. I like them all, but the best are Half A Minute and Our Love (tho the latter did not involve our heroine).
