But a lot of stuff for a while seemed to be produced by the same 3 people, and it drove me nuts. I loved Baduizm, even though it took me a while to get the cryptic references. Also, you haven't lived until you've heard the Live album. Excellent. I really liked the older Chante, not so much the newer one. And, yeah, I can see the Sade album being depressing. I liked it, but the other night ny downstairs neighbors were playing Promise, and I was thinking, damn. Great album. Maybe the *best* work is past, who knows.
