In the USA, today’s younger audience watches countless hours of MTV. The best way for Basia to get more exposure is to have some of her new videos played in heavy rotation on MTV. That may sound easier said than done, but I think there is a way. All Basia needs to do is give the MTV folks what they like… Britney Spears, Backstreet Boys and rappers. Basia needs to team up Britney Spears and/or BackStreet Boys and do a song and video. It would have to be a song that’s high tempo, not a slow song, because the video has to have cool choreographed dance moves. Basia would really need to have her dancing shoes on for this one and shake her booty a bit. The kids would love her and save their lunch money to buy Basia cd’s. Basia and Britney would be a guaranteed hit and Basia would be the talk of the school playground. Basia could also collaborate with one of the hip-hop world’s top rappers. DMX, Dr. Dre, Jay-Z, Snoop Dogg or any rapper not currently in jail would gladly rhyme a verse for a song with Basia. They could do the 'Cruising For Bruising 2001 Thug remix.' For the video, all Basia would have to do is wear designer clothing, fancy jewelry, drive expensive sports car, and talk about all the money she makes. No dancing is required, but if she wanted to dance around in a thong bikini that’s would be a plus. A sure hit on MTV and Basia would gain many fans and maybe get invited to the MTV video awards show. (Don't take it seriously) Peace, Maurice _________________________________________________________________________ Get Your Private, Free E-mail from MSN Hotmail at http://www.hotmail.com. They could do Yeah, polish jazz rap could be a big hit, start a whole new thang! Personally, I think she'd be better off to veer into electronic dance. Team up with like, 808 State and cut loose yet another sub-genre of electronica! Not that vocals are a big part of such music, but I think some background crooning in Polish would really be mysterious and cool in an "acid house" framework! ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V5 #98 **************************
