Van Gogh painted lots of olive tree scenes in his final years. Here is a link to a website with some of his olive tree pictures; hope it works: http://www.support.net/Medit-Plants/art/VanGogh.Olives.html Charlie Brown knew his tree was hopeless but he decorated it anyway, or tried to. One ornament, and CLUNK! Guess I can see the connection when I think about it... I, for one, didn't recall Charlie Brown while listening. I realise this track has never been a favourite amongst Basia fans, but I'd have to say this track rates in my top five. I think the lyrical content excites one that there is a "touch of magic in this world obsessed with science."
