Well I also would like to wish everyone a happy thanksgiving. In honor of Basia and my Polish heritage I have made a Polish Thanksgiving day meal of Kielbasa, Glumki (Stuffed Cabbage) Turkey, Mashed potatoes, and Pierogi from the Polish butcher. I wonder what Basia is eating today? This holiday is not celebrated universally so she might just be eating a typical English meal. I doubt if she can cook a Polish meal. Happy Holidays. I work for the same organization as the man who won the million dollars on " Who wants to be a millionaire". I hope that that is not too cryptic. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving everyone. FWIW- Lots of Americans don't understand that the term Sushi refers to the type of rice used and the manner in which it is prepared, instead of the accompanying ingredients, which range from vegetables to seafood, both raw and cooked. The rice is flavored and molded with ingredients inside or on top. The result is a Japanese "sandwich". Typically served with wasabi and pickled ginger. Warning: Sushi is quite addictive.
