New video clip on BasiaWeb For those who thought I'd just dropped the video project, well, you were close to right. However, the bug has bit me again, and I've decided to continue with digitizing what I have available. I just posted a new RealVideo clip on the BasiaWeb video page (http://basia.techwood.org/video.html) -- its the Radio Shack edit of the "Drunk on Love" video. I think there may be a couple of scenes in this that aren't in the original video, but they're only minor. Its only 1:30 of the song, but if you have a fast connection, the streaming looks pretty good. If not, feel free to download the file (around 900K) and watch it offline. Thanks for your patience. - -- Benjamin L. This raises the question - is Basia now second only to the Grateful Dead in the ratio of bootleg stuff to legit items available? un abrazo, juan ------------------------------ Date: Tue, 18 May 1999 21:16:54 +0000 (GMT) From: combee@techwood.org (Ben Combee) Subject: Re: Whoa! I think either Bob Dylan or Tori Amos have her beat... have you ever been to one of those used CD shops with the "import" section that just seems to be tens of Italian bootleg discs -- it always seems like half of them are Tori items. - -- Benjamin L. I'm also glad to hear that you are considering trying the Real Player G2, I'm in another mailing list that likes an OLD kid's show and our digitizing master was able to cram 12 half-hour episodes on one CD.... very high quality with great codec, which bodes well for this project. > > I just posted a new RealVideo clip on the BasiaWeb video page > (http://basia.techwood.org/video.html) -- its the Radio Shack edit of > the "Drunk on Love" video.
