Majewicz" Subject: RE: Same Big Q I'm surprised so few people responded to the "Big 'Q'". Here goes (Some of these have been out for a while, but I was kind of late in getting them). Not in any particular order: - - The Body Remembers - Lorraine Feather A bit offbeat, songs about everyday life, she's got a marvelous voice when she uses it. Best songs: The Body Remembers and Along For The Ride - - Body And Soul - Rick Braun He really got it together for this one! Sexy, sultry, cool, hip. Spent a number of great evenings in the pool with candles burning and this CD spinning... - - Big Bad Voodo Daddy - BBVD Someone else mentioned this one. I'm sure the fad won't last, but it's great fun and well done. Cherry Poppin' Daddies are pretty good, too, but I didn't like the Brian Setzer CD. It was more 50's Rockabilly than Swing. - - Perfect Moment - Peter White I'm almost ashamed to admit it, but my favorite track is on the bonus disk(!): Danny Bianco. I've always liked that one, but the new version is so light and cheerful. I love it! - - Sugar - Fattburger My old dependable artists All the best in the coming year to all, Dennis ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V3 #300 ***************************
