A little more about old shameless me: I love Pet Shop Boys, Massive Attack, Suzanne Vega, George Michael, Basia... I've got the rather diverse taste in music. I record my own songs, which you can preview on my website; one of them, "Rain Will Fall" was influenced by Basia's sound. My favourite Basia album: London Warsaw New York. Favourite song: Cruising For Bruising. This is a reply for first digest I received: > >Unfortunately for us, he is right. "Perfect Mother" was a single that I tried, rather unsuccessfully, to find. It has recently become one of my favorite tracks. Oh well... Maybe adapt your code so the size will be variable. (I > remember doing that before in class, but I can't for the life of me > remember how. :) ) Ben has BasiaWeb set up that way. You give me too much credit, Leslie. The reason why BasiaWeb works well at various resolutions is that it's mostly a text based site with a few pictures. The discography site, with its table-based layout, does take up a bit more screen room, as it has to maintin the relationship between items on a row. I'd suggest that maybe they remove their width=700 and width=650 attributes to be percent based, letting the tables adapt to smaller window sizes using the browser's own mechanisms. By the way, I noticed they were looking for additional webspace for other pictures. First, I give them my full permission to link to any images at BasiaWeb, and if they want to send me any pictures, I'll be glad to host them off my web server. Back to video work... - -- Benjamin L. Hopefully, since Bev has moved us to Tripod.com, it won't be necessary to take you up on your offer of more space, but we'll see!!! And thanks to everyone that has stopped by to take a look for their kind comments... I know I speak for both Beej and myself when I say that they're very much appreciated. I think she's done a fantastic job with the site, and I'm very thankful for her efforts. We're still ironing out a couple of listings (most of which are, I think, my fault), but we're both pretty pleased with the site, and hope to keep it growing!!
