My MPEG converter is going right now and will be cranking through the night... in the morning, I'll archive this one off and probably go ahead and capture the "Third Time Lucky" video. The RealVideo conversion was a lot quicker, even counting the half hour it took to shrink the video to 192x144. The RealVideo clip of this one is shrunk from my original AVI file -- but the higher frame rate makes up for it. Without that, the video loses a lot of its impact.
