So after some thought here is my answer. I really can't say when I discovered Basia, it was sometime after "Baby your Mine" Everytime I listen to her music it puts me into a better mood, never fails! I got to see her in Columbus, OH on her Illusions tour. I think that I must have been the youngest person in the crowd. that night I got to meet her as well. OUr parking garage is situated directly behind the back stage door and my mother got the idea that we should watch for her. Well she came out and started talking to a few people that were down there. My mother insited that we should go down, but I didn't want to. However, she kept insiting so we went. That had to be the best night. She gave me her autograph, hugged me and talked to me for a while. She was so down to earth. I think that experience made me a fan unconditionally.
