BTW, to clear up one misnomer: There is no such thing as a "Waters of March" album. Its a pipe dream, a figment of CD Banzai's imagination... "Waters of March" is a SONG that appears on two releases: A) The South American version of BOB B) The "B-Side" track on the Japanese special CD-single release of "Angels Blush" Now, some may wonder, "well, hey, why didn't Sony release that stuff here?" Answer? BECAUSE NO ONE WOULD BUY IT. Sony's not stupid. Who the hell would buy it? Me? You? Crackhead Phil? Who else? If there's some mystery album out over there that might have "WOM" on it, I can't imagine its anything more than some bizaro greatest hits album. After all, you can't release an album when YOU DON'T MAKE ANY NEW SONGS. A 1998 release date? Ha, that's becoming as fictional as a "WOM" album. Believe me, I hope I'm wrong, but I've got good money that says Basia is finished. Zero. The End. My suggestion to you? Go out and buy a Fiona Apple CD... AND GET OVER IT. Toodles. I actually possess the South American BOB (yeah, I flew to Rio just to get it!) and feel that there would be interest in 'Waters' release here, if for no other purpose than promoting CONTINUED interest among the masses who do buy her freaking cd's. I fwas first introduced to basia's music through that fabulous smooth jazz station cd 101.9 in NYC in 1987. I'm was hooked. When I first heard her music, I could tell what a true kindred spirit she was. Her music is a refreshing change from all the garbage that's out. Her entire band is so talented. I first saw her at Town Hall NYC wonderful show! Jones Beach NYC with Spyrogyra and saw 2 shows at the Neil Simon Theatre. I can''t wait for a new release, she promised at the neil simon that it would not be that long 'til the next cd. She lied, but I'll forgive her if it comes out within the next year. I have since branched out to Peter White, early Matt Bianco , where I found the import Whose side are you on? Fabulous. My husband has been hooked as well to all Basia Music( I created a monster!!)
