Larry - Yes I did get your tape, and I even made the dupe of the Burt/Dionne TV special but have to say here I was SO busy preparing over the last few weeks for our trip to London it got buried somewhere and I need to retrieve it and ship it. Sorry for the delay, but it will be in your parents'(!) VCR before they know it. As for the trip: a ridiculous amount of effort for 6 days in London and now back to the grind. We just got back last night. Must be jet lag if you get home at 9pm and after two or three hours sleep are back up awake - body is on their time still, I guess. Oh well might as well roll with it and clear up this pile of email. I managed to check out a couple of CD shops and noticed only BOB, and the gold T&T and another T&T with a pensive photo of Basia with a green border that included a bonus track (Forgive and Forget? I forget) I told myself to buy it but neglected to do so. I was really hoping for something new and/or different from our heroine but was disappointed. While in a tube station the other day I saw a bus poster listing Biggin Hill on its route, so the place exists after all! Looked to be SE of the city. All in all a fun trip but too short for all that must be seen there. I was surprised at how quiet the music scene is there at this moment: a Monkees concert (music?), Suzanne Vega, that was about all that was coming up (promoted in the newspapers any way). Lovely city, tho, and a pub on every other corner! Phil ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V2 #46 **************************
