Six o' clock pacific (1800) makes it two in the morning in London, and I think four AM in Finland (if the information in your header is correct). We should properly call out the time in universal coordinated time. That would make it 0200Z. (6PM in the Pacific US, 9PM on the US east coast, 2AM in London, and so forth.) Of course all this changes in April when the US goes to daylight savings time :) Doesn't make it any easier for those of us who would have to get up in the wee hours of the morning to participate.
