He wrote to ask when I'd be finished with the video and if I wanted to trade a copy for any Sony Music stuff. He apologized that he wasn't able to get any interested items for us back when BOB came out, and confessed that he had not heard anything about a new album. Ok, here's the deal: The question was something along the lines of "What would you like to do with your career in the future?" Her immediate answer was something along the lines of "I don't know if I could do anything else..." Then she claims that she's an excellent gardener, a excellent cook, blah blah blah... then she kinda hints towards wanting to do producing (which in my opinion, would be like a snail wanting to be an Olympic sprinter). THEN she says something to the effect of that they'll PROBABLY (and I stress PROBABLY) be another album and MAYBE (and I stress MAYBE) one after that - then she starts this dribbling about wanting to produce or write for young artists, blah blah blah - typical dream material. I mean, I've always wanted to play shortstop for the Baltimore Orioles but I kinda have a disability: I'm a lousy infielder. This is kinda the case with Basia and Danny: yeah, sure, great, they want to produce young artists; the only thing holding them back is that a)Basia is lazy and b)as producers, they're nothing to write home about. IN OTHER WORDS, THEY'RE NOT THAT GOOD. Sorry, but I call 'em like I see 'em. Toodles! You also should remember that you would have had to wait a long time because that Cal Ripkens positions. :) bfn Bob R Paterson NJ May the swartz be with you ------------------------------ End of basia-digest V1 #233 ***************************
