It should be apparent to anyone bothering to read the bulk of these posts that there are some VERY desperate people out here hoping against hope that someone, anyone, at SONY, Biggin Hill, London-Warsaw-Poughkeepsie or wherever, take notice and make some effort to fill us in on what ever is going on.
