Subject: Administrivia (smoe.org)

As I mentioned earlier, the smoe.org domain is moving to a new
internet provider. 

The move is scheduled to happen Sunday morning. During Sunday and
Monday morning, although there is a small chance that mail might 
bounce en-route to smoe.org during this transition. If it does, 
please wait an hour or so and try again.

This change will allow my servers to be on the internet 24 hours a day,
so I'll be able to provide ftp and WWW access to the archives. It will
also mean faster email delivery.

Again, this change should be 100% transparent--the list addresses will
not be changing.
