Subject: Finally got round to checking my flexi-single from 1988...

As originally promised BEFORE christmas (OK - sorry guys! it took me a 
little while to find it at home!), I have finally tracked down and found the 
flexi-single that I got with the tour brochure in 1988.

To re-cap for anyone not sure what I'm going on about, I saw Billy Ocean at 
the Cornwall Coliseum in June 1988, and Basia was the support artist.  
Inside the tour brochure is a double page feature on Basia - photo from the 
front cover of 'Time and Tide' album, plus a page of text (and not a lot of 
text at that, as it's spaced out quite a lot over the page).  Along with 
this double page spread was a 7 inch flexi-single.  Details are as follows:

        Catalogue number XPS 231 - FLEXI DISC (NOT COMMERCIAL)

        Tracks:
        (1)     Time and Tide
        (2)     Promises
        (3)     How Dare You
                 
        all are (P) 1987 CBS Records.


Only about two minutes of each song is featured, with a short gap in between 
tracks.  It's a bit crackly sounding on my stereo, but the versions seems 
consistent with the album versions of the songs, so there's nothing extra 
for all those fans looking for the n-th different version of 'Time and Tide'!!!
