Well, the IRS frowned upon our success this past year (or rather our success without prepaying our taxes since we didn't expect to do that well and don't really know what we're doing in that respect, frankly). ANYWAY. The long and short of it is that we don't really see ourselves using the yurt again, we don't see anyone around here wanting to use the yurt and we could use the money. So anyway - if you have any interest, and can afford to pay at least about $2500-3000 up front (we can talk about final price and/or payments/barter/whatever later) in the next week or so that'd work for us. Meanwhile, the yurt is being taken down soon. So it will be disassembled. I'm told by someone who knows more about carpentry than I do that much of the deck is salvagable, too. The details (for those interested) - It's a pacific yurt (www.yurts.com), 20' diameter with four windows and a door with window. The options we purchased were: Dome opener Stovepipe flashing (to get the stove pipe through the wall safely) Wall and Roof insulation Tall (7') walls Duralast roof (sturdy, heavy roof with 15 year warranty) The kitchen can also go with it - and in fact probably should as we have no use for it, either. I don't *think* we can figure out delivery but stranger things have happened so the buyer's coming to pick it up would be the easiest option. So - any interest? - -Todd ------------------------------ End of b2bnotify-digest V4 #4 *****************************
