I contact the mail address for problems etc. on the bill. Next day already form Mythophonic Customer Services. They will send me a new copy, don't have to send back the damaged one and apologies for the inconvenience caused. ( a very kind mail ) I told them send only the dvd not the hole packaged the rest was okay. They replied, no you will get the whole thing! Yesterday I got it and it was one signed by mr Bryan Ferry!! I must say great service.
