I haven't seen that piece of film in 30 years although I do remember it from when Hogan's show (pre-Crocodile Dundee) was shown on Channel 4 in the UK, with Arthur Dunger, Leo Wanker, Strop et al. It was released on VHS (and possibly subsequently on DVD) as The Best of Paul Hogan and I think that is where this clip was derived. A pretty good pastiche. Bryan Ferry reached Number One in the Australian Charts in November 1976 lasting two weeks and thereby briefly breaking ABBA's 39-week stranglehold on the top spot that year and proving even Australians can occasionally be discerning. Sir Les Patterson would no doubt approve. By coincidence, about ten minutes before I read Pasi's post, and having not heard his name in years, I had read that Hogan and his Crocodile Dundee co-star wife Linda Kozlowski are to divorce after 23 years.
