That evening there was a gig from Remake Remodel and what a gig it was! There was a pretty big crowd around 250 people I guess. And of course a lot of the usual suspects arrived as well. It did not start very well, a lot of problems with the sound and before the show started it took more than an hour sound checking for the boys. And a restart after a few minutes playing. So we suspected that it would not be one of the best gigs form Remake ever, but sometimes you get the best things after a bad start. It was a great night again, the first part was a surprise ( Okay Ron I don't tell what ). The evening ( and a bit of the night ) went like a HSL train to Paris or as Ron said for our pleasure, there where girls shaking their heads with their ponytails, there where old Men through every step a change, yes a change into boys "Boys will be boys will be boys". We walked by "grey lagoons" with blue suns ( great guitar piece John ) and at one point totally "Out of the blue" Ron became a very angry, nasty smoking like a volcano "Bogus men". The train rolled on into rock and roll and yes that's all we wanted "All I Want", all we want 10X", we paid the "price of love" but I only kissed one girl "that's how strong my love is". Around that point the restaurant came sort on supply's ( BEER it was really happening ) what a "Shame, shame ,shame" lucky enough new supply's arrived on time. Tired of the tango we ( Oh Oh ) Catch that Buzz and our Studebaker took us to the Seine, Notre dame, we all wanted to STICK TOGETHER but there was no more time for us. We tried but couldn't find the way and end up shouting CPL593H. I think that's the most stupidest thing I have ever posted on Avalon ( and there was a lot of crap from me before this piece ). But Seriously it was a great gig, a very good crowd, lots of laughs with old friends, so we all had a really really good time! Highlight: " If There Is something" around 0:30 pm with fantastic Guitar and Sax pieces Ron, John, Leslie, Cor, Henk and Kees thanks for great evening.
