Well apart from the croak it was better than I expected. I thought it had good dynamic live feel, tho' I think it's one of the worst songs on the album. It'll be interesting to see what else they do. Considering they had the "full-squad +subs" playing, I too would like to see Shameless. In view of the state of his voice I wouldn't be surprised to only have one song though; maybe we'll get an interview. Surprised he needs the words in front of him just for one song, kind of implies he's wound-up that he'll forget and needs a safety net, I don't believe his memory is that bad. Unfortunately although I enjoyed it I think the performance was fairly forgettable for the "lay-person" compared to the two geezers jumping around, and the girl singer and guitarist. I do think he's scuppered himself a little by the choice of song, though obviously that's just a question of my personal taste. > To: avalon@smoe.org > Subject: Re: [AVALON] Later... speculation answered! > Date: Tue, 9 Nov 2010 19:38:00 -0500 > From: kwil632057@aol.com > > Crikey.
